Cementic is a tool that was developed in collaboration with a real estate agent from Amsterdam: Van De Steege Makelaarsgroep. This tool brings the real estate business into the 21st century. Our smart digital solutions simplify and automate manual processes. As an example, viewings are easily scheduled, sellers can contact a real estate agent for the sale of their house and an appointment can be made with a photographer directly.
We have developed Strada for the engineering firm Steggink Infra. The app supports their customers in inspecting sidewalks and roads.
Using this app Steggink Infra can support its customers with reporting and maintenance of infrastructure and road construction projects.
As a real estate agent, Tevins allows you to make interim, final and preliminary inspections of homes and office buildings. Everyone involved can sign off using the app.
